Admission Process

1. There are two ways to apply for admission:
   1. By personal visit to the campus :
      1. All types of Registration and Admission Forms are available at the Campus Front Desk (Reception Office) .Parents/Students can physically visit for registration and Admission purpose.
2. Online Access:
   1. Online Access to the parents is available at EFA Schools website (www.efaschools.edu.pk) for downloading of First Admission Form.
      1. Click on Downloads.
      2. Click on Admission Form; The Form will be visible.
      3. For Print Press (Ctrl+P) button or Print dialog box in the right bottom corner;
      4. Fill its hard copy and Submit it to the respective campus, which will take further necessary action.
3. Admission Form
   1. Parent / guardian is asked to fill in the Admission Form after a child qualifies Admission Test / Interview.
4. Admission Form Attachments

   1. Admission Form is incomplete without parents filling in the following attachments:

   3. Emergency Information Form
   4. Emergency Treatment Procedure
   5. Picture Authorization Form
5. Challan Form
   1. Upon receiving the completely filled-in Admission Form, the Campus Front Desk, issues the Challan Form to the parent / guardian.
6. Admission Order

   1. The Admission process with the campus ends on receiving the paid Challan Form from the parent / guardian. The Campus Front Desk should issue Admission Order to the parent / guardian informing them of the following:

   4. Uniform
   5. Academic Calendar
   6. Booklist
7. Admission Denial

   1. Admission can be denied by the campus on the following reasons:

   2. The child fails to perform in the interview or the Written Test
   3. The parent fails to submit Fee Challan to the campus by the given deadline.
8. Birth Certificate at all levels (All Classes)
9. Previous School Leaving Certificate (If Applicable)
10. Immunization Certificate (Pre School)

The parents are informed of the Admission Interview through Admission Interview Information.

The child is interviewed by the Principal / Head Teacher in front of the parent / guardian. During the interview, the child is assessed for the following:i. Confidence of the child
ii. Toilet trained or not
iii. Clarity of speech

1. 1. Admission Test / Interview
   After the child’s registration with the campus is formally accepted, parents / guardian of the successful child should be informed of the day, date and time of the written Test and Interview.

*Note: These subjects are meant for “Science Group”. For “General Group” or other Groups, the relevant core subjects will be selected for Admission Test.

Concepts of major subjects for relevant classes are tested based upon previous class knowledge .Class-wise details on the subject is available at B (1) and also at section 9.

Example: For admission in Class I, the child is tested on the concepts learnt in the Class Prep.

The students will be charged following Types of fee at rates prescribed from time to time by the Head Office of the EFA Schools for each Academic Year. Campuses are advised not to charge over & above this and Parents are also advised not to pay more than the prescribed. Details on Fee Structure /Rates are also available on EFA schools website (www.efaschools.edu.pk ) as on “Finance & Accounting “.

1. Admission Fee/ Admission Processing Fee
One time Admission fee will be charged only from newly admitted students and is non-refundable. In addition to the Admission Processing Fee (Non-refundable) is also charged.
2. Security Deposit
One time Security Deposit will be charged at the time of admission. It is refundable and will only be refunded at the time of student’s leaving the Campus by way of completion of education or withdrawal, etc. In case of inter-city Transfer it will be also be transferred as per relevant procedure.
3. Tuition Fee
The campus will normally charge two months Tuition Fee in advance through Fee Challan Form.
4. Late Fee
The campus will charge late fee from Parents/Guardian who fail to deposit Tuition Fee on time, as prescribed on the fee challan form.
5. Mode of Payment
The parent/guardian will have to pay the Tuition Fee (or any other) through designated bank.
